Gerber Return Policy?
Gerber Childrenswear has a Return & Exchange Policy. If a purchase doesn't work for your little one, unwashed, unworn merchandise in the original packaging can be returned within 60 days of the original purchase. However, personalized/embroidered items are not eligible for return.
To start an online return, visit the Gerber Childrenswear Return Center. If preferred, returns can be shipped to Gerber Childrenswear Attn: Returns Processing 200 Trade Zone Blvd. Summerville, SC 29486 using an insured mail service. Packages must be returned prepaid and COD deliveries for returns are not accepted.
Once the shipment is received, a credit will be processed to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable. Refunds may take 2 – 3 weeks to be fully processed.
For returns without a packing slip, include your name and order number with your return. A refund will be processed based on the price paid when the order was placed.
Gift returns may only be refunded to the original form of payment. If a defective item is received in a GerberChildrenswear.com order, it can be returned and identified as defective for a full refund once the product has been received and processed.
For any product with a quality defect, contact the resource center at 1-800-461-7842 to begin the return process. If something isn’t right, Gerber Childrenswear will refund your purchase. You may return it with your original packing slip within 60 days and the full purchase price, less the shipping and handling, will be refunded.
